3 killed, 7 injured in coalition’s shelling on wedding hall in Hodeida

HODEIDA, Jan. 02 (YPA) – At least three civilians were killed and seven others wounded due to Saudi-led coalition forces’ artillery shelling on a wedding hall in Hodeida province on Friday evening, a security source told Yemen Press Agency.

The shelling targeted ‘Al-Mansour’ wedding hall in the airport street in Al-Hawk district, killing three people and wounding seven others in an initial toll, the source elaborated.

Governor of Hodeida, Mohammed Ayyash Quhim, visited the targeted site, and confirmed that this is one of the crimes of aggression coalition that the United Nations keeps silent about.

“Hodeida is being bombed in exchange for unjustified silence from the United Nations,” he said.
