Government meeting in Sanaa discusses economic issues

SANAA, Nov. 2 (YPA) – A government meeting was held on Monday in Sanaa to discuss several issues and challenges hindering the national economy.

At the meeting, chaired by Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, reviewed the achievement implemented by the first phase plan of the National Vision at the central and local levels.

The officials touched on the economic and financial issues in light of the current situation indicators and ways to develop the government’s revenues, as well as the mechanism to rationalize expenditures.

The meeting discussed the alternatives available to advance the national economy, enhance the stimulating investment environment, provide investment opportunities and projects that lead to an increase in the national product and create new job opportunities.
