Massive fire devours citizens’ homes in Lahj

LAHJ, Nov. 2 (YPA) – A large fire broke out on Monday in an area inhabited by poor families in Al-Habilein city of Radfan District in Lahj province, southern Yemen.

Local sources reported that the fire caused the burning of the families’ modest houses, which are made of bricks and spoil tires.

Some people, with modest and diligent efforts, managed to put out the fire before it expanded, the sources added.
