SANAA, Nov. 2 (YPA) – The Supreme Judicial Council approved on Monday a number of decisions regarding the judicial affairs.
In its weekly meeting, headed by the Council’s Chairman, Judge Ahmed Yahya Al-Mutawakel who obtained the council on the outcomes of the coordination meeting between the judicial and security leaders related to improving the performance of the judicial system’s organs that leads to achieving the desired goals for the Yemeni people.
The council reviewed the proposal regarding the establishment of some primary prosecutions in Hajjah province and assigned the attorney general and the head of the inspection body to study the proposal and submit the results to the council at the next meeting.
Based on nominations by the head of the Judicial Inspection Authority for transferring some judges to work in some primary courts in some provinces, the council also approved that according to the need.
