Sanaa’s position regarding steps to bring peace is clear to world: FM

SANAA, Nov. 1 (YPA) – Foreign Minister, Hisham Sharaf, said that the National Salvation Government’s position in Sanaa regarding steps to bring peace and achieve a political settlement, is clear and unequivocal before the world.

During a meeting with a member of the Supreme Political Council, Sultan al-Sama’ei, the minister indicated that the steps represent to stop the military aggression, airstrikes, end the blockade, and re-open Sana’a International Airport for commercial and civil flights.

He added,” We should take practical steps regarding various economic arrangements, on top of which is payment of state employees ’salaries through the oil and gas exports’ proceeds that counted and deposited in the Saudi banks during the past years.”

Meanwhile, al-Sama’ei affirmed his keenness to continue successful political and diplomatic work on the external affairs alongside military victory on the internal front, praising the efforts and steadfastness of the foreign ministry with its cadre during the last period of aggression at all levels.
