Al-Quds Brigades bomb Israeli occupation army command headquarters in Gaza

GAZA, Aug. 18 (YPA) – Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, announced on Monday that it had targeted an Israeli army command and control headquarters located inside a school in the al-Zeitoun neighborhood in Gaza City.

In a brief statement, the Brigades explained that the bombing took place at noon, stressing that the operation comes within the framework of responding to the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Strip.

The Israeli occupation army did not issue any immediate comment regarding the operation or the extent of the resulting losses, while several areas of Gaza City are witnessing escalating confrontations and clashes between the resistance and the occupation forces.
