Main member in assassination cell of Sports Minister killed: Interior Ministry

SANAA, Oct. 31 (YPA) – The Ministry of Interior announced Saturday the killing of the main operative in the assassination cell of Minister of Youth and Sports Hassan Zaid.

In a statement, of which Yemen Press Agency received a copy, the ministry confirmed the killing of the criminal Mohammed Ali Ahmed Hanash, the main member of the assassination cell, in ‘Mayfa’at Ans’ district in Dhamar province.

The statement pointed out that the so-called ‘Hanash’ was killed after resisting the security crackdown, carried out in cooperation with the Security and Intelligence Service, in ‘Horor’ area of the district.
