Guards of Shabwa governor killed, wounded in Shabwa

SHABWA, Oct. 28 (YPA) – Several bodyguards of Shabwa governor loyal to Islah, Mohammed Bin Adiw were killed on Wednesday and others wounded in an armed attack in Shabwa province, sources told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the sources, gunmen targeted headquarters of Bin Adiw by two explosive devices, killing and injuring several, most of them from civilians.

The sources confirmed that the explosive device exploded during returning Bin Adiw to his home on Dirham street.

Official sources accused UAE of attempting to assassinate Bin Adiw by drones in Ataq city.
