4 Palestinian civilians killed by Israeli airstrikes on Gaza City

GAZA, Aug. 18 (YPA) – At least four Palestinian civilians were killed and others injured early Monday morning in an Israeli airstrike on the al-Daraj neighborhood in Gaza City.

Palestinian sources reported that three citizens, including a child, were killed as a result of an Israeli airstrike targeting displaced persons in the Education Directorate in the al-Daraj neighborhood in Gaza City.

Al-Awda Hospital in the al-Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip one person was killed and others were wounded and taken to the hospital as a result of the Israeli airstrike on a house near al-Shaqaqi Mosque in al-Nuseirat Camp 2, central Gaza Strip.

A number of citizens were also injured when Israeli aircraft targeted an apartment near al-Shifa Hospital, west of Gaza City.

Israeli artillery shelled the al-Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City.
