4 killed in coal mine explosion in northern China

SANAA, Oct. 20 (YPA) – Four people were killed and another person injured in a gas explosion in a coal mine in Shanxi Province, north China.
According to “Xinhua” News Agency, the explosion occurred in the mine owned by the Luoan Group at about two o’clock on Tuesday morning and the rescue work has ended, and an investigation is underway into the cause of the accident.

The production capacity of the aforementioned mine is 1.2 million tons annually.
