STC accuses Islah Party of preparing Shabwa coasts for Turkish naval warships

ADEN, Oct. 14 (YPA) – Social media activists loyal to the UAE-backed southern Transitional Council (STC) accused on Wednesday the Islah Party of preparing Shabwa province’s coasts for Turkish naval warships.

The activist of the STC, Ali Al-Aslami, confirmed on Twitter account, that Turkey would be prepared through Islah militants to build a military base in the province.

He explained that the Islah’s calls to expel the UAE forces from the port of Balhaf is an official summons to allow the Turkish battleships and military support to enter the port.

Al-Aslami pointed out that the ” Shabwa governor ” Mohammad Saleh bin Adiu, was appointed by Ali Mohsen Al-Ahmar, and the leaders of the Islah Party, for coordination with Qatar and Turkey.

He indicating that the Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated Islah Party “has continued to arrange its steps to change the rules of the game in the south of Yemen, while the coalition can’t to take a decisive step towards the Islah Party in Shabwa.”
