Erdogan visits Qatar, Kuwait

SANAA, Oct. 7 (YPA) – According to a statement from the Qatari Emiri Court, the Emir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, will visit Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Wednesday.
The Qatar News Agency stated that the Emir “and His Excellency the Turkish President will discuss the strategic relations between the two countries and ways to support and enhance them, in addition to a number of issues of common concern.”
On the other hand, Erdogan’s office said that the Turkish president will visit Qatar and Kuwait on Wednesday.
The Turkish President will meet the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. During his visit to Kuwait, he is scheduled to meet with the country’s new emir, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and will extend his condolences to him on the death of his half-brother, the late Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, who died last week at the age of 91.
