MARIB, Sep. 11 (YPA) – A citizen was killed and another wounded on Friday when the Saudi-led coalition fighter jets waged a strike on Marib province, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.
The official said that the strike hit a civil car in al-Rahbah district, killing the citizens and injuring his father.
Earlier, the warplanes launched a series of air raids in the same district, which caused damage to the property and farms of citizens.
The coalion has been carrying out a military operation against the Yemeni people and its sovereignty since 2015, in a flagrant violation of the international law.
The five-year-old coalition war on Yemen has killed over 10,000 Yemenis, mostly women and children, displaced more than 3 million, according to the United Nations.
