Deputy FM discusses with ICRC delegation humanitarian situation developments

SANAA, Sept. 8 (YPA) – Deputy Foreign Minister Hussein al-Ezzi discussed on Tuesday with Deputy Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) delegation in Sanaa Alexandre Equey the developments in the humanitarian situation in Yemen resulting from the aggression and blockade.

The meeting touched on the continued detention of oil derivatives ships by Saudi-led coalition and preventing them from entering the port of Hodeidah, which will lead to an unfortunate humanitarian catastrophe.

The areas of existing cooperation between the National Salvation Government and the ICRC and ways to enhance and develop them were reviewed during the meeting.
