SANAA, Aug. 19 (YPA) – The Criminal Court in Saada province decided on Wednesday to reserve the case of the crime committed by the Saudi-led aggression coalition airstrikes against the student bus in Dhahyan area of Saada, until coming September 16, to pronounce the judgment.
The Public Prosecution charged 61 people, the first of whom was called Donald Trump, and the last of them, Hamid Majali, accused of killing 42 children and wounding 70 others, with the US-manufactured smart bomb (mk82).
The move came during a session that held by the head of the court, Judge Riadh Al-Razami, in the presence of the Chief Prosecutor, Judge Ibrahim Jahiz, with targeted children families, to request reserving the case for judgment.
The Saudi-led aggression warplanes dropped a smart bomb (mk82) on the bus was carrying dozens of children in Dhahyan market in Saada on August 9, 2018, killing 24 childern and injuring 70 others.
