Pro-coalition commander injured in Abyan

ABYAN, June 20 (YPA) – A prominent leader of the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC)militias was injured in Yemen’s southern province of Abyan, sources said.

The sources affirmed that the leader of the so-called” 10th Brigade of Thunderbolt (Sa’aqah), Yusri al-Hushabi, was seriously wounded on Friday in armed confrontations with the Saudi-backed Islah militants in the east of Zinjibar city, the capital of Abyan.

According to the sources, a number of Al-Hushabi’s companions were injured due to an artillery attack that waged by the Islah militants on STC’s sites in the Zinjibar city.
