UAE warplanes hit Islah militants sites in Shabwa

SHABWAH, April 26 (YPA) – UAE occupation warplanes launched on Sunday two strikes on the Saudi-backed Islah militants’ sites in Yemen’s southern province of Shabwa, according to sources.

The sources affirmed that the strikes hit the Islah sites at the eastern entrance in Azan city, after Islah Party militants stopped a military convoy sent by the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council to reinforce Shabwania Elite Forces in al-Alam camp in the same province.

The sources confirmed that Islah militants quick released the convoy after the UAE strikes on their sites in Azan area.
