Saada Governor discusses CSOs’ role in alleviating suffering of society

SAADA, March 10 (YPA) – Governor of Saada province Mohammed Awadh on Tuesday chaired a meeting to discuss the role of civil society organizations (CSOs) and local institutions operating in the province in alleviating the society suffering due to the aggression and siege.

Awadh stressed the important role of the organizations operating in the province and their moral and humanitarian responsibility, especially in light of the continued aggression and siege.

The governor called for activating the referral system by all organizations present in the province, and intensifying their projects in coordination with the local authority in the province.

The meeting also dealt with some of the obstacles facing the work and projects of organizations operating in the province, as well as reports on the projects that have been implemented.
