Update: Coalition spy plane shot down in Jizan

JIZAN, Feb. 22 (YPA) – The Yemeni army’s air defenses on Saturday shot down a spy plane belonging to Saudi-led coalition in Jizan region, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The plane was downed in the east of Khoba area by an appropriate weapon while carrying hostile missions, the official added.

On February 14, the army air defenses shot down a Tornado warplane of the coalition in the sky of Jawf province, northeast Yemen, with a sophisticated air-to-surface missile while carrying out hostile missions.
