Palestinians injured by Israeli gunfire northeast of Gaza City

GAZA, Aug. 10 (YPA) –Several Palestinians were injured on Sunday evening by Israeli occupation forces’ gunfire in the Al-Mahatta area of Al-Tuffah neighborhood, northeast of Gaza City, the Palestinian news agency WAFA reported.

 According to the agency, Israeli military vehicles also infiltrated the Beit Lahia Project in the northern Gaza Strip, amid heavy gunfire toward homes, according to local sources.

Meanwhile, the occupation forces launched artillery shelling at areas east of Al-Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

They also opened heavy fire toward areas east of Jabalia refugee camp and Beit Lahia town in the northern Gaza Strip.
