Emergency needs plan to combat epidemics discussed in Hodeidah

HODEIEDAH, Jan. 27 (YPA) – Minister of Health Taha al-Mutawakil held a meeting on Monday to discuss an emergency needs plan to combat epidemics and diseases in Hodeidah.

The move came during his meeting with acting Hodeidah governor Mohammad Qohim in the province.

At the meeting, the minister directed the local authority to implement a comprehensive campaign to eliminate mosquitoes causing dengue fever and malaria, and organize an awareness course to combat the cholera.
