Mohammed Hijazi appointed as deputy commander of Iranian Quds Force

TEHRAN, Jan. 20 (YPA) – Commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Hussein Salami on Monday appointed Mohammed Hijazi as deputy commander of the Quds Force in Iran.

According to the Iranian “Tasnim” agency, Mohammed Hijazi was appointed during the ceremony of appointing Ismail Qani, commander of the Quds Force as a successor of Qassem Soleimani, who was assassinated by an air strike carried out by the American forces on January 3, in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad.
