Hundreds protest Israel’s genocide against Palestinians outside UN HQ in New York

NEW YORK, July 30 (YPA) – Hundreds of demonstrators gathered in front of the United Nations headquarters in New York City to protest the genocide being committed against the Palestinian people in Gaza.

Protesters raised slogans demanding urgent action from UN member states to put an end to the starvation of the population and the ongoing aggression.

The demonstrators chanted slogans against US and Israeli policies, stressing that what is happening in Gaza is a war crime for which the governments involved must be held accountable.

They also called on the international community to intervene immediately to protect civilians and provide the necessary humanitarian aid, given the catastrophic conditions Gaza has been experiencing for months.
