Prisoner died after being tortured in UAE-run jail in Aden

ADEN, Oct. 18 (YPA) – A prisoner died on Friday after being tortured in a jail run by the UAE-backed Transitional Council militias in Yemen’s Southern province of Aden, according to human rights sources.

The sources added that Mohammed al-Aqel was severely tortured by various means used by the militias in al-Arish police cell in Khor Maksar district.
