Human Rights Center Holds Security Council Responsible for Rape of Yemeni Women
SANAA, Oct. 16 (YPA) – A Yemeni human rights center on Tuesday held the international community, the Security Council and the UN Human Rights Commission Council fully responsible for the assaults and violations committed by Saudi/UAE-led coalition and its troops against women in Yemen.
The Humanity Eye Center for Rights and Development referred that the coalition mercenaries on Wednesday stormed a house of a citizen named Abdullah Ali Barh Rami in al-Matina area of al-Tuhita district in Hodeidah province and tried to rape a woman. They killed anybody countered them, injured a woman named Mariam Essa Ali Moheb, and kidnapped civilians and imprisoned them.
“The United Nations and its various organs and bodies are responsible for this inhumane and immoral act of terrorism,” the Center said in a statement.
