YPC doubles capital Sanaa’s share of fuel to meet demand during Eid al-Adha

SANAA, July 28 (YPA) – Director General of the Yemeni Petroleum Company (YPC) Yasser al-Wahidi instructed that large quantities of fuel be pumped in addition to the existing quantities in the entire geographical range of the capital Sanaa.

“These measures aimed at covering all needs of citizens and the increasing demand for petroleum products in the capital as a result of the entry of a large number of citizens from several provinces during the holiday of Eid al-Adha,” the company said in a statement obtained by Yemen Press Agency.

The company assured citizens of the stability of fuel supply and that there are sufficient quantities of oil derivatives meeting their needs during the coming period.
