Yemeni army seizes weapons Saudi army during attack in Najran

NAJRAN, April 23 (YPA) – The Yemeni army backed by and the popular committees on Tuesday seized weapons of Saudi army, during an attack on sites of Saudi-led coalition mercenaries in Najran front, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The source said that the army units and popular committees launched an offensive on a new military site of Saud army mercenaries near Raqabat al-Manara, casing them casualties and losses in military gear.

The army and committees forces seized amounts of various weapons of the mercenaries and destroyed a military vehicle belonging to them, during the attack.

Earlier in the day, the army forces and popular committees repelled an infiltration attempt of the Saudi army mercenaries towards al-Shabaka site, inflicting casualties and losses on them.
