Violent explosion rocks Aden City

ADEN, March 30 (YPA) – A Violent explosion on Saturday morning rocked Aden city, southern Yemen, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the sources, the explosion, which took place in the Omar al-Mukhtar area of Sheikh Othman’s district followed by heavy shooting.

Unknown gunmen threw a grenade near the police station and fled the scene, one of the sources said.

They added that there were no casualties from the bomb attack.

Aden province and other southern provinces under the control of the UAE occupation forces have been witnessing chaos and insecurity amidst the increase in armed terrorist groups, including al-Qaeda and Daesh.
