Security services arrest two people accused of stealing goods in Ibb

IBB, March 20 (YPA) –  Security forces in Yreem district of Ibb province have arrested two people accused of stealing goods from tankers and vehicles as they passed through the road at night.

 Colonel Abdul-King Al-Yousfi, director of Yreem police, confirmed that the arrest of the defendants came after police received a report of 2 citizens trying to sell a stolen barrel of agricultural toxins in the directorate’s market by more than 170 thousand riyals.

 He noted that after the investigation had been carried out, they had arrested the two men.

They admitted that they possessed a number of various goods stolen from the tankers while passing through the main road at night, according to security media.

Colonel Abdul-King Al-Yousfi indicated that seized the stolen staff and accused had been referred for legal proceedings.
