Telecommunications, Agriculture Ministers inaugurate planting season in capital Sanaa

SANAA, March 18 (YPA) – Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technology Musfir al-Namer along with Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation Abdulmalik al-Thawr on Monday inaugurated the planting season in the gardens of the telecommunication ministry and its sectors.

During the inauguration, al-Namer affirmed that this planting season coincides with the entry of the fourth year of steadfastness of the people of Yemen in the face of the aggression and expresses the features of the telecommunications sector and Yemenis in general, as tree means giving, granting, sacrifice, love and peace.

“We are continuing to plant trees despite the exceptional circumstances that our country is going through because of the aggression and blockade,” said al-Namer.

He added “it is a message of steadfastness and a challenge and that we will go ahead in the path of building and development, whatever the challenges.”
