Yemeni army’s snipers shoot five militants in Jawf

JAWF, Feb. 19 (YPA) – Snipers unit of the Yemeni army on Tuesday managed to shoot five militants loyal to Saudi-led coalition in Jawf province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, two militants were killed in Khalifian area in sniping attacks while three others were killed in Astor front of Khub Washaef district.

Earlier in the day, the army forces destroyed two military vehicles loaded with Saudi-hired militants and ammunition in the same district.
