SANAA, Feb. 14 (YPA) – A number of school principals and teachers in the Yemeni province of Lahj complained about the severe shortage of textbooks for this year.
Al-Ayyam newspaper said that the teachers indicated that the first semester of the current year is about to end without reaching the curriculum books to school yet to be distributed to the students.
They stressed that delaying the textbook increases the suffering of students and teachers, and constitutes a major obstacle to the educational process, and reflected negatively on their educational attainment.
Teachers held the Office of Education in the province responsible for any confusion or shortening in the process of education in the schools of the province and the poor level of students.
