YPC approves new price for oil derivatives in Hadramout

HADRAMOUT, Feb. 12 (YPA) – Yemeni Petroleum Company (YPC) branch in Hadramout province on Tuesday approved a new price of petrol at 270 Yemeni riyals per liter, equivalent to 5,400 riyals for 20 liters, in all districts of the province.

According to sources in the company, the new price came after the company failed to provide oil at the previous price of 250 riyals per liter, due to the increase in the exchange rate.

The sources said that the company has taken this decision in order to avoid any financial losses to the company and the emergence of any crises or queues at the fuel stations.
