7 killed in fierce clashes in Aden

ADEN, March 20 (YPA) – Seven gunmen were killed and wounded in fierce clashes between Saudi-backed military police forces and UAE-backed security belt forces in Yemen’s southern province of Aden on Tuesday, officials said.

The clashes took place in al-Tawahi city. The fighting was the latest between rival parties in Aden since January over dispute over controlling the port city.
