UNHCR: The number of Saudi asylum seekers has increased in large numbers

SANAA, Jan. 20 (YPA) – The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) has revealed an increase in the number of Saudi asylum-seekers.

 The number of Saudi asylum-seekers doubled in 2017 by 318% in 2012, according to the British economist, the commission said.

 The magazine confirmed that the high frequent of asylum was caused by the repression of opponents by the Saudi authorities.

The magazine noted that asylum applications registered by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) did not reflect the full truth.
