Dozens of coalition’s militias killed in Jawf

JAWF, Jan. 16 (YPA) – Dozens of coalition-backed militias on Wednesday were killed and injured by an explosive device in Jawf province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The explosive device was planted by the Yemen army in Asdr front of Khub-washaaf district.

Earlier, the army fired Zilzal-1 missile toward militias’ gatherings in Aqaba front of Khub-washaaf, causing direct casualties.

Furthermore, the army repelled a large-scale attack of the militants in Khub-washaaf district, which lasted for more than 12 hours and supported by Apache helicopters, without achieving any progress.
