Citizen killed in Taiz, 12 air raids hit Saada, Hajjah over 24 hours

SANAA, Jan. 14 (YPA) – A citizen was killed and another wounded on Monday by Saudi-led coalition militias’ fire in Bait al-Qadi village in al-Salw district of Taiz province after they opposed the militias’ abuses, according to local sources.

In Saada province, a child was seriously injured as a result of Saudi artillery shelling on Al Maqna area in Munabeh district.

On Sunday, a number of livestock were killed in a similar bombing on residential villages in the same district .

Meanwhile, the coalition warplanes waged six raids on separate areas of Baqim district in Saada,.

In Raymah province, three airstrikes destroyed the telecommunications network in Bard Mountain in Kusma district.

In Hajjah province, six air raids hit Harad and Medi districts.

The coalition-backed militias continued breaching the ceasefire agreement in Hodeidah province, where they bombed intensively citizens’ homes in al-Dhabiani neighborhood and near the 50th Street, according to a local source.

He added that the militias launched attack with machine guns on al-Kuei and al-Shajn villages in al-Durihemi district, in addition to setting up fortifications near Kilo 16 area.
