Mahwait residents rally to condemn coalition crimes

MAHWAIT, Dec. 22 (YPA) – Tribes and sheikhs of Shibam Kawkaban district of Mahwait governorate staged a protest rally on Saturday to denounce the war crimes and the ongoing air strikes carried out by the Saudi-led coalition on Yemen.

The protesters affirmed the necessity to move toward fronts against the Saudi-led military aggression coalition, which claimed the lives of thousands of civilians and left the country’s infrastructure in ruins.

The participants held banners, slogans and pictures showing the coalition’s  crimes and violations, calling on the United Nations and the international community to pressure on the coalition’s states to stop the massacres and lift the siege on the Yemeni people.

They stressed their ongoing support with fighters to back the army in confronting the coalition and its plots targeting Yemen.
