Mahara Governor calls on int’l  bodies supporting efforts to rescue areas affected by Luban

MAHARA, Oct. 15 (YPA) – The governor of Mahara, Qatibi Ali Hussein, called on international organizations and bodies to support efforts to rescue citizens in the disaster-stricken areas due to the disaster of the hurricane of Luban.

Al-Mahra governor said that the hurricane caused severe damage to public and private property especially in the coastal areas and houses near the coast.

He noted the importance of concerted efforts and cooperation to help the people of the province and expedite the provision of emergency and urgent relief requirements to reduce human damage.
