Juridical Council discusses several topics on its agenda

SANAA, Oct. 9 (YPA) – The Supreme Juridical Council on Tuesday held a meeting chaired by Head of the Council Judge Ahmad al-Mutawakel.

The meeting reviewed in a meeting a memorandum addressed by the Chief of the Authority for Juridical Inspection on the inspection of the works of the judges working in the appellate and primary court judges, who are of the rank of Supreme Court judge and ordered a council’s member to study the memorandum and submitted it to the council.

The council discussed the other memorandum submitted by the head of the authority on the requests submitted to the council and it take the necessary procedures.

It settled several grievance’s application submitted by several judges on the decision taken earlier by the council to transfer them to other positions.
