Iran’s president calls Int’l community to halt war on Yemen

TAHRAN, Feb. 21 (YPA) – Iranian President Hassan Rohani called on Wednesday for uniting the international efforts to stop the aggression war on Yemeni people.

During his meeting with the Dutch Foreign Minister, Rohani said accusations of Saudi-led coalition countries to Iran over the sale of weapons to Yemen are baseless and untrue.

He pointed out that Iran wants to hold talks with its friends about selling a large quantity of fatal weapons by some western countries to countries in the region, including aircrafts and missiles used to kill and displace innocents and destroy residential areas and infrastructure in Yemen.
