68 coalition airstrikes hit 7 Yemen provinces over 48 hours

SANAA, Feb. 21 (YPA) – The warplanes of US-backed Saudi-led coalition have launched 68 strikes on population areas of seven Yemen provinces during 48 hours, killing dozens of civilians and damaging homes and properties, security officials told Yemen Press Agency on Wednesday.
During the past hours, seven air raids hit Moazea district, two on Makha junction, and an air strike targeted a civilian’s trunk in Waziaiah junction of Magbanah district of Taiz province, killing five of civilians and destroying the trunk.
In Saada province, a civilian was injured on Monday in an air strike targeted Bedouins in Aal-Abu Jubara in Ketaf district, while in the past 24 hours, four air strikes were waged on Bogea district, three on a main road of Saqeen district, and five on Baqem border district.
Meanwhile, artillery and missile shelling were fired toward several areas of Munabeh and Shada border districts and Maran area of Haidan district, leaving heavy losses in residents’ homes and properties.
the warplanes of coalition on Wednesday launched about 15 strikes on Qaa-Haqil of Dharawan-Anis district in Dhamar province and an air strike hit Sanhan district of Sanaa province.
In Hajjah province, 23 coalition air strikes were launched on Aten area of Bakil-mair district and several areas of Haradh and Medi districts during the past hours.
Furthermore, three air strikes were waged on military police building of Mina district in the Red Sea Port province of Hodeidah.
In Jawf province, two air strikes hit Khub-washaaf district, while an air strike was waged on Surwah district of Marib province.
