Despite Rouhani’s attack, Trump woos Iranian President

WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 (YPA) – US President Donald Trump on Tuesday made statements in which he courted Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani.

Trump responded to reports indicated that there are plans for a meeting between him and Rouhani, which the latter denied and rejected categorically.

“Although there are no plans to meet Rouhani, perhaps one day in the future, “Trump said in a tweet through his official Twitter account.

He continued: “I am confident that he (Rouhani) is certainly a nice man.”

Rouhani has said” If there was someone wants to negotiate and dialogue and progress in relations, he should not use the tool of embargo and threat.”

“When a government uses all its energies against another government, meaning that it does not have the will to resolve and settle the issues, the Iranian president added.
