Clashes erupt in Ataq military axis in Shabawa

SHABWA, Sept.15 (YPA) – Fierce clashes erupted on Saturday within the leadership of Ataq military axis, in the capital of the southeastern province of Shabwa, Yemen Press Agency Reporter Said.

He reported that the brother of the commander of Ataq axis, loyal to Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar, was killed and 2 others injured after clashes erupted between recruits within the leadership of the Ataq military axis.

The clashes came on the backdrop of financial deductions by the leadership of the axis of the rights of gunmen, without any right, the reporter said, adding that the clashes widened to include other claims to pay their dues for those whose names were removed from the payroll, he added.

He indicated that the clashes lasted for several hours, and tension continues until the moment, while the wounded were taken to a nearby hospital.
