Actvists protest before UN office in capital to protest against coalition starving’s policy in Yemen
SANAA, Sep. 2 (YPA) – Ansarullah’s committee of mobilization organized on Sunday in the capital Sanaa a rally before of the UN office in Yemen to protest against national currency’s deterioration and high price of alimentary foods planned by the US-backed Saudi-led coalition targeting to kill the Yemeni people.
During the rally, Shoura Council Sadik Abou Shawareb said that UN holds total responsability of acute deterioration of the currency in Yemen which menace lives of 29 million people in Yemen.
Shoura Council member Mohammad Khadhamy stressed on the importance of make all effort to deter the coalition that caused this dagner for the Yemeni economy adding that UN and Saudi-led coalition’s states assume the responsibility of this criminal act.
Manager of Fund for care and rehabilitation of handicaps Mohammad al-Dalilmy said that the deterioration for the currency and the acute increasing of prices of supply foods is came after the failing and defeats that army’s heroic fighters inflicted on the Saudi-led forces in the battlefields.
A statement issued by the rally demanded to the UN envoy to Yemen Martin Griffiths to stop the economic war waged by the coalition that will led a starve in the poor class.
