Report: Waman killed, 19 fishermen missed in coalition’s air, ground attacks over 24 hours
SANAA, Sep. 1 (YPA) – Woman was killed, 19 fishermen were missed and six children were injured when the US-backed Saudi-led coalition force launched airstrikes and ground attacks on several areas of Yemen provinces during the past 24 hours, according to reports combined by Yemen Press Agency on Saturday.
• In Saada province:
Two child were injured and civilians’ properties were damaged by artillery and missile shells in Monabeh district.
Missile and artillery shells were fired toward residential villages in Razih and Shada border district.
Meanwhile, two airstrikes were waged on Majaz district.
Seven airstrikes on several areas of Baqem district.
An airstrike was waged on a main road between Razih and Shada districts, burning civilian’s car.
• In Hodeidah province:
19 of fishermen were missed in airstrikes targeted their boat near Aqban island.
Two airstrikes hit a civilian’s farm in Bajel district.
A woman was killed and a child was injured when coalition force shelled civilians’ farms and homes in the north of Swaiq area in Tuhaia district.
• In Lahj province:
Two children were injured when Saudi-backed militiamen fired a shell at their home in Jalis mount area of Qubaita district.
