Difficulties facing Oil Ministry discussed in Sanaa

SANAA, Aug. 30 (YPA) – President Mahdi al-Mashat on Thursday discussed with Minister of Oil and Minerals the workflow at the ministry and its institutions and difficulties it due to the current situation.

The meeting dealt with the situation of supply of oil derivatives and domestic gas and the level of availability in the local market in the capital Sanaa and the provinces.

The president confirmed the support of the Supreme Political Council to the ministry and its plans to promote the state of stability and break the monopoly of petroleum products or manipulation of their prices.

The oil minister Ahmed Daris noted that the general supply situation of oil derivatives is stable as a result of the continued supplying, in addition to the great stability in domestic gas despite the difficulties caused by the aggression and siege.
