UAE-backed militia in Dhalei use donkeys as military patrols

DHALEI, Aug. 23 (YPA) – The so-called 7th battalion of the 33rd brigade, backed by the UAE forces and stationed in Sanah area of Dhalei province, used donkeys as patrols in implementing military and security tasks, Southern media reported on Thursday.

Despite the Saudi-led coalition uses the best American and British weapons in fighting the Yemeni army in the Western Coast, but it refuses to arm its fighters in Dhalei, according to the media.

The media said that the military battalion in Dhalei was forced to use donkeys due to the lack of military vehicles and needed weapons, which means that the UAE no longer trust its militants.

The southern people have been surprised by the false promises made by the UAE to develop the south and arm the southerners, who were misled to fight the Yemeni army; while the south is collapsing and its wealth are confiscated.
