Law issued to establish Cancer Control Fund

SANAA, Aug. 23 (YPA) – The law No. (8) for the year 2018 was issued on Thursday, establishing the Cancer Control Fund.

The law includes (29) articles divided into five chapters as follows:

Chapter I: naming, definitions and construction.
Chapter Two: Objectives and Tasks.
Chapter III: Fund Management.
Chapter IV: Resources and Regulations of the Fund.
Chapter V: Final Provisions.

The last article of this law stipulated that it shall be applied from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
