Saudi airstrikes kill women, children in Mocha, Jawf

PROVINCES, Sept. 22 (YPA) –  At least seven people, including women and infants, were killed and 12 others wounded in Saudi airstrikes targeting residential homes in Taiz and Jawf provinces, local sources and health officials reported.

In the coastal city of Mocha, Taiz province, a Saudi airstrike hit a family home, killing six civilians, including two infants and a woman. Eight others, including a child and a woman, were injured in the attack.

Separately, in Jawf province, a Saudi airstrike targeted a residential home in the Al-Batin area of Al-Hazm District.

According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Health and Environment, the strike killed a mother and her child, while the father and two other children sustained injuries of varying severity.
